Yes, absolutely! Our jet skis are designed to accommodate two people, which means individuals who are blind or have low vision can certainly enjoy the thrill of our tours with the assistance of their carer.

It’s important to note that for individuals with low vision, the ability to see at least 60 meters (with 100 meters being ideal) is necessary to travel and operate the jet ski single-handedly. We’re committed to providing an inclusive experience for all our guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy the beauty of the Whitsundays safely and comfortably.

We are happy to accommodate individuals who are deaf or have low hearing. We understand the importance of clear communication, so we’re more than willing to slow down our communication and ensure everyone is included.

During the safety briefing, we’ll go through hand actions that we will use when out on the water, ensuring that everyone can understand and participate fully in the experience.

Prior to the tour commencing, we provide comprehensive verbal safety briefings and jet ski training demonstrations. It’s important to note that these briefings and demonstrations are conducted in English, and understanding the instructions is crucial for operating a jet ski safely. However, if individuals require assistance due to their primary language not being English, we are more than willing to provide additional support and assistance to help them understand the safety procedures.
